- Managing defined projects to ensure all activities fit to plan, meeting the timeline, monitoring and reporting to ensure achieve the objectives. In the process, Field Marketing specialists ensure execution, engage with targeted stakeholders internally and externally, generate insights on new products, conduct analysis, and work with a cross-functional team in preparing for the new products._

**REQUIREMENTS**
- _ Bachelor Degree's preferably in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Public Health and Marketing_
- _ Project management skill_
- _ Mastering power point and excel mínimally for developing the report_
- _ Has knowledge and skill in digital marketing_
- _ 2+ _years related_ marketing experience, field marketing, or sales enablement_
- _ Previous experience managing marketing projects including, prioritizing, and implementing a strategy_
- _ Creative, innovative and always think outside the box_
- _ Ability to travel domestically is required_

**TASK & RESPONSIBILITY**

**Strategy Implementation**:

- _Gathers survey data from FF/AM on performance, customer's need, and treatment map with a deep understanding of customers and environment in order to analysis _
- _In line with the plan, delivers, arranges, conducts and _
- _Monitors and measures implementation of the plan against agreed measures (i.e., target activity, flow project implementation, and result/performance) _
- _Develop, monitor, and evaluate project plan activities _
- _Conducting cross-functional internal meetings on monthly_
- _ Budget management for Fertility Project Initiatives _
- _Actively create monthly reviews, reports, analyses, and updated progress of Project Initiative_
- _ Ensure Project initiative fits with KPI_

**Portfolio & Sales Management**:

- _Identifies marketing and sales opportunities based on targeted account situation _
- _Adapt flexible flow activity on targeted account_
- _ Presents project Fertility initiative to stakeholders in a targeted account_

**Relationship Management**:

- _Provides validated insights in collaboration with the medical and sales team_
- _ Collaborate with key stakeholders and KOLs for Fertility initiatives _
- _Proactively gather customer insights for data analysis for new products evaluation and business case preparation_
- _ Ensure relationship management is maintained properly _
- _Maintain relationships with external stakeholders accordingly_
