- Ensure that Axor's sales team generates sales and meets sales targets every month.
- Manage the team and activities of Sales Supervisor and Sales Executives on a regular basis
- Ensure the readiness and development of the Axor sales team related to commpetence, organizational completeness and maintaining motivation.
- Develop market segmentation and develop customer database.
- Create and conduct Axor truck unit campaign programs and Axor truck unit roadshows.
- Control and monitor the progress of the sales funnel to ensure the sales / CRM process is running properly from the leads,Opportunity process to sales
- Conduct routine visits and followups together with Sales Executives to customers.
- Maintain relationship with customers by meeting customer expectations for responses and needs.
- Bridge the relationship and communcation betweeen the company and the customer
- Maintain relationship with parties that supports sales such as leasing companies, bodybuilders and other parties that can provide support to the sales process.
- Make business plans both in terms of sales value, forecasting and goals and steps that will be taken to achieve the expected results.
- Ensure that company policies run in accordance with what has been determined by management.
- Determine business plans, potential and targets to be achieved- Conduct analysis and assessment in determining profitability to be used as a proposal or proposal in a sale
- Close the sale with the customer and sign the vehicle order letter.
- Make offers and proposals to customers.
- Conduct sales forecast.
- Provide discounts with certain limits set by superiors and the company.
- Create programs to develop the business.
- Provide proposals to develop the organization and proposals to develop the company's business
- Monitor sales activities through CRM.
- Organize and manage Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives.
- Communicate regularly with principals to ensure business development as well as support or things needed from principals to support sales and programs required from the principal to support Axor Truck sales and sales programs.
- Monitor payment progress from customers in accordance with the due date.
- Ensure customer payments are in accordance with the company's collection day target.
- Ensure customer payments are made on time.
- Ensure that units that have been handed over to customers are made handover minutes and invoices for the billing process to customers billing process to the customer.
- Ensure the completeness of documents required for the billing process both to the leasing company and directly with the customer are fulfilled and directly with customers are fulfilled.
- Carry out daily visit and follow up with customers
- Respond every request and information needs from customers
- Build a relationship between the company and the customers
- Provide positive feedback and fulfill customer expectations
- Organize regular and periodic meetings with customers
- Communicate with every key person in the customer's internal organazation
- Ensure units are delivered according to plan on time.
