**Background
Panagora Group, a small, woman-owned business providing novel and integrated solutions in global health and international development, is supporting USAID/Indonesia to implement its new Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) through a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Platform (MEL-P) Activity. MEL-P provides its services through five components: 1) monitoring support services, 2) designing and conducting performance and impact evaluations, 3) providing research, assessment, and data analysis, 4) providing consulting and advisory services and logístical support services, and 5) initiating collaboration, learning, and adapting activities. Along with enhancing MEL capability, we also promote use of the empirical evidence for programming, learning, and adapting as USAID supports the Government of Indonesia (GOI).

**Principle

**Responsibilities**:
Under component 4, Panagora is supporting Mission efforts to engage a professional to provide support in day-to-day project management and other related functions thus contributing to effective project management of USAID/Indonesia TB Program. S/he will work with the Mission USAID/TB team to support in performing activities under below category:
(1) Communications, collaboration and coordination
- Work in coordination with other USAID supporting office in developing internal and external communication materials, including briefing memos, presentations, technical updates, fact sheets, blog posts, talking points, and work with other team members in the preparation of these documents.
- Work closely with colleagues in HEA and other supporting offices in developing, reviewing, and ensuring the completeness and timely submission of TB implementing partner's BAST to the GOI.
- Support the dissemination of key information to relevant stakeholders and USAID TB implementing partners, as needed.
- Work in coordination with other USAID supporting offices for relevant TB ad-hoc tasks.

(2) Project Management
- Provide support to the TB Team through drafting technical documents, reviewing monitoring plans, and monitoring actual performance.
- Contribute in providing input on technical documents, including work plans and narrative reports submitted by implementing partners as required.
- Assist in ensuring timely submission of technical reports, their compliance to USAID rules, and meeting the Agency’s standards.
- Establish monitoring tools and dashboards to monitor implementing partner performance in achieving indicators and monitor reporting and other requirements under the awards.

Participate in regular meetings with TB Team and partners.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:Hold a Bachelor’s degree in public health, development studies, or related fields. Master’s degree is desirable.

**Prior Work Experience**:Minimum 10 years of progressive experience working in project management roles, preferably in health development issues. Prior experience working in TB programs is desirable.

**Language Proficiency**:Fluency in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

**Knowledge**:Technical knowledge and understanding of project cycle and management desirable.

**Other Qualifications**:

- A fast learner, strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated with ample initiative, a multi-tasker and results-driven, with the ability to become a good team player and communicate with multiple staff and beneficiaries as needed.
- Able to prioritize tasks in order of importance and deadlines under minimum supervision.
