**Job Descriptions**:

- Planning, implementing and supervising the implementation process of housekeeping safety & environment operations that run well according to working plan.
- Providing suggestions for cleaning, security, beauty and comfort area work to be done in-house or outsourced according to internal needs.
- Prepare daily/monthly vendor work schedules, monitor and ensure vendors carry out work in accordance with work contracts.
- Conduct regular evaluations of the performance of security, parking, cleaning service, Pest Control, Landscape and Rubbish Removal vendors, regularly, on time and with appropriate procedures.
- Carry out inventory and supervision of all equipment and supplies in the housekeeping, safety and environment sections.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Any Major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in General Service or General Affairs, preferably in Property Management/Building Management.
- Have good Interpersonal & Communication Skill.
- Having experiences in Property area will be an advantage.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
