**Job Descriptions**:

- Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Onsite hands/leg support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, server ensuring optimal reliability
- Ensure IT operation comply the organisation’s audit.
- Implement and manage data backup and recovery solutions to prevent data loss.
- Conduct regular tests of backup systems to ensure data integrity and reliability.
- Maintain IT assets and make sure the inventory list is updated.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Provide training to end-users on IT best practices and security awareness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure support roles, with a focus on system administration and network support.
- Familiarity with a variety of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Proficient in system and network administration tasks.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with security principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with end-users, team member, cross functional teams and external vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
