PMO Specialist

As a PMO Specialist in our digital transformation organization, you will be responsible to establish PMO practice, ensure transformation sustainability, and manage the performance of transformation projects.
Deploy and continuously improve the project and/or program management practice
Govern transformation projects, from objectives and requirements, prioritization, issue & risk management, vendor management, partnership, and performance management
Perform data analysis to support decision making, develop reports, present and manage stakeholder expectations, including third parties coordination
Execute process improvement within the transformation organization, including but not limited to, internal collaboration tools and process and capability development program
Lead ad-hoc cross-functional initiatives, become the liaison between the digital transformation organization and the rest of the company
Bachelor's degree holder or master's degree holder from a reputable university
Three to five years combined experience in corporate and/or IT project, program, and/or portfolio management within consulting, financial services, or technology industry
Highly organized, strong problem-solving skills, process improvement-focused, and self-motivated individual who is equally comfortable supporting peers and communicating with senior management and cross-functional teams, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience working knowledge or familiarity with agile methodology, digital transformation, change management, digital partnership, IT-business environment
Project Management certification, corporate strategy, and planning, digital marketing, Atlassian Products (Jira & Confluence), full-cycle project or product development lifecycle experience may be advantageous
