Sales Manager of E-cigarette

**Responsibilities**:

- According to sales targets, formulate channels development schemes, manage the channels to fulfill constant increase of sales.
- Develop local sales channels of distributors or wholesalers etc., for example tobacco shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, petrol stations etc., and maintain strong relationship with them.
- Evaluate and train the distributors to develop the abilities of potential distributors to meet standards.
- Monitor the sales performances of distributors and search for constant improvements to promote sales and make sure the inventories of distributors are reasonable.
- Ensure sell-in target achievements and payback.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of business development/sales experience in e-cigarette/tobacco related industry, local distributors resources are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, ability to build trusted relationships between internal departments and external customers.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset, sense of responsibility, result orientation, ability to face entrepreneurial-oriented dynamics and market changes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure and time constraints.

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- e-cigarette/tobacco sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English fluently (preferred)
