**This position reports to**:
Procurement Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will be responsible for end to end transport an trade operations as well as sourcing activities for the business. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is based in Jakarta contributing to the Process Automation Process Industries in Indonesia, Malaysia, as well as, Singapore. You will be mainly accountable for: - Responsible Indonesia import/export operations, including source and recommend freight forwarders for projects tenders/executions, - Ensures smooth execution of operational trade and customs activities within a local unit, including relevant documentation and compliance with regulations. Participate in customs audits. - Source for materials according to required technical specifications, price, delivery schedule, and terms. - Ensures purchasing activities align with corporate purchasing policies and procedures. Supporting both tender and execution teams.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Good knowledge in Indonesia’s and Singapore’s procurement, logistics, and customs’ requirements.
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in source, procure to pay activities - end to end.
- Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and standard operating procedures; SAP experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS-Office (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT).
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in both Indonesian and English languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills, willing to manage different tasks under high pressure.
- Have a continuous improvement mindset.
