Menyelenggarakan pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan, dengan cara memastikan tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pasca pelatihan berjalan dengan baik
Mendorong dan memonitor pelaksanaan IDP ( Individual Development Plan )
Mendorong dan meminta karyawan untuk melakukan akses pelatihan melalui LMS (Learning Management System) yang tersedia
Pendidikan mínimal S1 jurusan Psikologi / Manajemen/ Pendidikan
Pengalaman mínimal 2 tahun di bidang training and development
Memiliki pengetahuan dalam membuat kurikulum dan silabus pelatihan Keterampilan
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negoisasi dan persuasi yang baik
Memiliki ketelitian yang tinggi
Memiliki kemampuan berpikir secara anlitis dan sistematis
Memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat materi pelatihan yang efektif dan menarik bagi peserta
Bahasa, mínimal dapat menggunakan bahasa Inggris secara aktif
Komputer, mínimal dapat mengoperasikan MS Office dan internet
