Manages and enhances daily HR operations.
Performs administrative tasks related to HR.
Addresses general affairs issues.
Stays informed about trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and advancements in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Oversees and takes action regarding industrial and government relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage HR policies, and oversee administrative tasks such as record-keeping and payroll support
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in law, psychology, or management.
At least 3 years of experience in comprehensive HR functions.
Proven experience in managing general affairs.
Solid understanding of employment law and asset management.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English.
