Re-engineering organisasi di Kompas Gramedia agar efisien dan selaras dengan dinamika bisnis.
Menganalisis implementasi performance management system Kompas Gramedia.
Mengimplementasi dan melakukan engagement improvement karyawan KG agar senantiasa produktif.
Membantu management menginternalisasi work culture Kompas Gramedia dengan piloting di Growth Center agar perilaku dan kinerja organisasi tetap selaras dengan visi organisasi dan mendukung ekosistem bisnis Kompas Gramedia.

**Requirements**:
Mahasiswa semester akhir (semester 7/8) atau Fresh Graduates Jurusan Teknik Industri atau lainnya.
Memiliki kemampuan dalam menerapkan metodologi Design Thinking untuk memecahkan tantangan organisasi.
Memiliki kemampuan dalam membuat dan menyampaikan presentasi yang jelas.
Mampu menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses bisnis, mengidentifikasi peluang untuk perbaikan dan optimalisasi.
