**What You Will Do**:

- Accurately record and track all vendor orders from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and any issues that may arise.
- Proactively follow up with the finance department regarding the status of payments to vendors.
- Ensure all necessary documents (invoices, payment requests, etc.) are submitted on time for processing.
- Escalate any payment delays to management and ensure that payments are completed according to the agreed timeline.
- Maintain and update records of orders, payments, and vendor communications.
- Provide regular reports to management on order status, pending payments, and any discrepancies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding orders or payments.
- Assist in any other general administrative tasks as required.

**What You Will Need**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general administration, order management, or a related field.
- Minimum of D3 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Persistent and proactive.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing data and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to chase and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
