Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion for JVS Group
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners
  4. Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement sales and promotional campaigns tailored to the JVS Group brand
  5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for innovation and improvement
  6. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  7. Stay up to date with industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance and adapt sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably within the vape industry or a related field
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  4. In-depth knowledge of the vape industry, including market trends, products, and regulations
  5. Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business profitability
