Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify potential B2B clients and build long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure effective follow-ups.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitors to optimize sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Work with finance to monitor invoicing and payment collections.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in wholesale/B2B sales (retail/FMCG preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kelapa Gading.
