  • Pengalaman di Key Account / Sales Minimal 1 Tahun
  • Memiliki Keterampilan Komunikasi dan Negoisasi, memiliki strategi marketing yang efektif
  • Berorientasi pada pencapaian target dan mampu menganalisa data
  • Melakukan kunjungan serta membina hubungan baik dengan customer dan pihak rekanan perusahaan
  • Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun team
  • Jujur, bertanggung jawab dan disiplin
  • Memiliki pengalaman di OEM/FMCG/Personal Care/Modern Trade (lebih diutamakan)
  • Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target berdasarkan Forecast dan Timeline Launching Product
  • Mencari Customer yang berpotensial dan menjaga hubungan antara Customer existing dengan baik
  • Mengerti kebutuhan Customer dalam mengembangkan Product OEM
  • Analisa harga dipasaran
  • Memonitor dan koordinasi pemenuhan PO dari Customer (Service Level)
