Job Description:

Implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business goals, enhancing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on performance management. Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary structures. Implement change management strategies to support business growth and transformation.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the food & beverage industry.

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
