Job Description
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overviewing and handling end-to-end human resources function, both strategic and operationalCreating programs, SOP, and analyzing organizational effectiveness to enhance productionBecoming a strategic business partner to owners and board of directors, including proposing improvement and development of the organizationOverviewing and ensuring highest accuracy regarding HR operational functions, including employee database, HRIS usage, and recruitmentMaintaining strong relationship with all stakeholders, both at the head office and on site, including external stakeholders such as surrounding communities and government officials The Successful ApplicantA successful candidate must possess:
A minimum of 8 years of experience within HR managerial, preferably from manufacturing companiesFluent in English, both written and conversational - peers will include expatriatesBachelor's degree from a reputable universityProven business partnering & leadership experiencesDeep understanding on labor laws and end-to-end human resources functionProven track record of strategy creation and implementationGood communication and negotiation skillsWilling to move & relocate to PalembangWhat's on Offer
