Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies on end-to-end HR spectrum: Talent acquisition, performance management, people development, compensation & benefit, and employee relationsOversee recruitment processes, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. Develop effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture.Establish key HR metrics to track and analyze HR performance, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness. Prepare regular reports for senior management.Advise senior management in HR-related matters, ensuring smooth HR day-to-day operations

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of experience leading an entire management of Human ResourcesSound understanding of HR trends and best practices, with proactivity in initiating improvement plansExcellent knowledge of the industries' talent movement and trends Coming from property industry is a must
