Crafting strategies for end-to-end HR programs, from onboarding talents, managing performance, creating competitive compensation package, to ensuring culture implementationMitigate HR-related risks by implementing policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and industry best practicesCollaborate with executive leadership to drive a culture of innovation, employee engagement, and high performanceProvide strategic input on organizational development and workforce planningIdentify business roadmap and creating tailored performance management

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in leading the HR departmentSubstantial experience in progressively responsible HR roles, with a significant portion at the leadership levelProven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies aligned with organizational objectivesAbility to communicate HR initiatives and strategies effectively to different stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees
