Job Description
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and market demands.
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Establish KPIs to monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex supply chain operations in a multinational environment.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices, including sustainability and digital transformation.
- Proficient in English.
