Oversee analytics initiatives, testing, and support scoring management efforts to ensure data-driven decision-making. Manage rule engine and risk system parameter adjustments through thorough analysis and evaluation.

Act as a subject matter expert on key risk and business metrics and portfolio monitoring as well as pricing strategies for each product and segment.

Represent the risk function in internal and external engagements, including interactions with regulators, funding partners, and auditors. Lead the automation of risk-related reporting and manage other ad hoc projects as needed. Escalate critical risk issues to Senior Management to ensure timely mitigation actions are taken.

The Successful Applicant A minimum of 15 years of experience in risk analytics, scoring, and modeling for unsecured products such as personal loans, paylater services, and credit cards.

Extensive hands-on experience with data science programming languages, including SQL, SAS, and Python.

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Informatics, Engineering, or related fields.
