About the team

This position is to lead the Credit Portfolio Risk management and handle the team to help the Head of Portfolio Risk to analyze the portfolio risk and manage the portfolio quality and ensure all processes are properly managed.

Job Desc
- Review and analyze credit portfolio quality to meet the risk appetite and company goals
- Develop and build new policy or revamp existing policy to align with the portfolio growth and quality, and alignment with the company policy and regulatory.
- Monitoring business performance to achieve the business target and company profitability. Ensure the business process is properly manageable and inline with credit underwriting criteria.
- Risk management related to credit risk review, internal process review, underwriting end to end process review, credit system and database analytical, credit portfolio management and monitoring
- Lead portfolio management team to achieve the management expectation to managed the NPL ratios

**Requirements**:

- Having experience in Credit Risk and portfolio management in banking or P2P or financial industries at least 3 years is an advantage
- Having knowledge in credit underwriting process and credit decision
- Having experience with credit systems and databases to monitor and manage credit portfolios.
- Able to use Ms. SQL, Ms Excel or Google Sheet, Amazon Redshift or other query language
- Able to work in individual or team.
