    Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and company policies.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making and identify areas for cost optimisation.Handle tax compliance and reporting, including VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate audits and tax assessments.Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning and budgeting processes.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in the SAP system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various financial projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a trading or similar industry.Working experience in accounting firm is a plus.Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Advanced skills in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.Excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
