Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Real Estate / Finance / Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 10 years of cumulative experience working at Real Estate development company as Business Development Head / Senior Manager.Possess excellent business acumen and able to conduct feasibility study.Proven experience in property development project and understanding of rules & regulations related to property development.Exposure to residential and commercial property development will be an added advantage.Quick learner, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.Possess excellent analytical / presentation / negotiation / communication skills with ability to express opinion clearly.Detail-oriented.
