**Job Descriptions**:

- Help the team to provide professional customer service support
- Works on the weekend and helps on mega campaigns (i.e., 9.9, 10.10, etc)
- Create reports using Word and Excel to collect data for analysis and reports
- To perform shift work duties on a 24x7 basis from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays
- Communicate and coordinate with the team as necessary
- Maintain a positive and profesional attitude toward customers at all times

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree graduate
- Final year students are also very welcome
- Has experience in working with customer support and is customer oriented preferred
- Able to perform shift work duties 24x7 Monday to Sunday and public holiday and field work whenever necessary

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rp3,000,000 - Rp3,500,000 per month
