**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a **Customer Service**who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an excellent user experience. In this role, you will manage communication between users, partners, and internal teams to ensure every booking runs smoothly from inquiry to confirmation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries, assist with bookings, and provide quick, friendly, and solution-oriented responses.
- Manage booking changes such as **reschedules** or **cancellations** according to standard procedures.
- Monitor incoming booking data from the system
- Ensure booking details are accurate and confirmed with the sports venue on the play date (via WhatsApp group or partner chat).
- Coordinate with the Operations and Tech teams to synchronize data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain daily reports on booking status, customer issues, and partner feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **Customer Service** or **Operations**, preferably in **hospitality, travel, or sports booking** industries.
- Proficient in **Google Sheets**, **Discord**, and **WhatsApp Business**.
- Detail-oriented, fast-responding, and comfortable working with integrated data systems.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, solution-driven attitude.
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage tasks without constant supervision.
