Social Bread is Hiring for **General Affair Staff.**
**Please note that this is an entry-level position.**
**Fresh graduates with relevant experience will be prioritized.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing daily office operational needs such as office supplies, pantry stock, and basic facility maintenance.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with vendors, including handling procurement processes, from vendor evaluation and price negotiation to performance monitoring.
- Ensuring office facilities are always in optimal condition; tidy, clean, and safe for the entire team.
- Assisting with document management, reimbursement processes, and supporting other daily operational administrative needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, Business, or other related fields.**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general affairs or purchasing (internship experience counts too).**:
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick in handling office-related matters.
- **Proficiency in Google Sheets and basic administrative tasks.**
Location: BSD City, Tangerang
Work Setup: Hybrid
