Job Description

We are looking for a General Affair (GA) Team Lead to oversee daily office operations, facility management, and administrative support. This role ensures a smooth, safe, and efficient workplace while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. You will lead the GA team, manage office assets, and support operational activities in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the General Affair team.
  • Manage office facilities, maintenance, and workspace arrangements.
  • Handle procurement, vendor management, and office supplies.
  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure operational compliance.
  • Coordinate office improvements, events, and administrative needs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for operational support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3 years of GA/Office Management experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in tech, startup, or fintech is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and vendor negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
