Job Description
We are looking for a General Affair (GA) Team Lead to oversee daily office operations, facility management, and administrative support. This role ensures a smooth, safe, and efficient workplace while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. You will lead the GA team, manage office assets, and support operational activities in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the General Affair team.
- Manage office facilities, maintenance, and workspace arrangements.
- Handle procurement, vendor management, and office supplies.
- Maintain asset inventory and ensure operational compliance.
- Coordinate office improvements, events, and administrative needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments for operational support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3 years of GA/Office Management experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in tech, startup, or fintech is a plus.
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and vendor negotiation abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
