**Head Of Factory**:
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- To lead and manage the overall operations for the factory: Production (processing & packaging) SHE, planning and inventory control.
- To drive continuous improvement on production productivity using OEE and other best practices.
- To ensure consistently high-quality final products to meet local and overseas customers’ requirements.
- Coordinate production activities with other functional groups such as finance, sales, marketing and logistics to ensure optimal factory operations and order fulfilment.
- Manage operating costs of the department and direct preparation of budget request.
- Manage approved budgets with an eye to spend below by controlling cost, wastages and inefficiencies.
- To assure compliance on regulatory, licensing, permit, Food Safety Certification and Quality Management System.
- To develop annual budget with manpower plan and continuously review the budget/headcount compliance with respect to daily operations.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have **8 Year(s) and above of working experience**in production in a leadership position.
- Strong track record in Food Processing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Robust Lean track record in Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Project Management desirable.
- Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia **(spoken and written)**and English** (spoken and written).**:

- Excellent analytical and Problem Solving Skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and rapid changing environment.
- Independent, self-starter and results-oriented.
