Main Responsibilities

  • Bring outstanding Service number to key Customers by leading the cross-function alignment process.
  • Maximizing Order to Deliver process to create optimum result with minimum potential conflict with other functions (Excessive stock, efficient truck load, minimum cost etc).
  • Managing stakeholders' requirements, provide and execute the solutions.
  • Support Business strategies and agenda through collaborative working with CD, Business Units team, C-Ops and Factory.
  • Ensuring Unilever be the best partner in the retailers' eyes for Service.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Preferably have a bachelor's degree in supply chain/ management/engineering related field
  • Basic analytical skills (SAP, advanced excel)
  • Excellence communication and influencing skills will be an advantage
  • Prior minimum 1 year work experience in supply chain FMCG company would be an advantage
  • Agile, proactive, curious and result oriented
  • Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
