Main Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing logistics transport capabilities development.
Details following job descriptions:
OTM specialist: lead any capabilities improvement in OTM, collaborate with OTM product team
OTM operation: ensure OTM BAU running normal, guide any OTM problem resolution.
CTS 2.0 - Design to distribute champion
DD (Direct Dispatch) and (D2D) Design to Distribute project implementation for FOODS BU.
CTS 1.0 and CTS 2.0
Network excellence (Travel Right)
Transport control tower management
Logistic excellence and Developing and managing Transport dashboard
Example: Co-creating with In-Market Human Resource Leadership team on key Recruitment Talent agenda priorities with key timelines and measures of success
Candidate Criteria
Experience & Qualification
Min bachelor's degree in engineering
Experienced in handling supply chain operational role
Experienced working with external parties is preferred
Prior min 1 year work experience in related logistic business would be an advantage
Prior minimum 1 year work experience in other FMCG company (Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Experience & Commercial)
Skill
Candidate must be able to operate Mastery in Excel, Power BI, Power Point, SAP System and fluency in English
Team-oriented, detail-oriented, independent, and knowledgeable about supply chain operations.
