Job Description:

  • Responsible for developing and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Review and update quality management documents regularly, and conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise product quality throughout the entire production process, manage critical control points, and oversee inspections to prevent non-conforming products.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to QC personnel, ensure data accuracy and proper documentation, and develop inspection and packaging procedures.
  • Oversee QC reporting and carry out other tasks assigned by the department head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (minimum HSK 4 Certified).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or R&D within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, communicative, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Willing to be placed at the factory location in Tangerang City.
