Derivative Business Development Officer

We’re seeking for a critical thinker and solution-oriented professional to join our team as Derivative Business Development Officer. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing the derivative market by:

- Identifying market needs and opportunities, this involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing trends, and actively exploring global best practices in derivative product development. You'll then translate these insights into concrete business specifications and innovative product designs for new offerings.
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution, monitor strategic initiatives across related departments, and collaborate with both internal and external related parties, this working closely with regulators, securities companies, Self-Regulatory Organizations (SROs), and industry associations to ensure all projects are executed efficiently and meet established timeline.
- Building market awareness and adoption by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various media channels, in addition to organizing events, seminars, and educational programs to effectively communicate our products to a wide audience.
- Drive the realization of IDX’s long-term vision and strategic direction through the development of innovative derivative and offshore products.

Minimum Qualifications: What You’ll Deliver:
**Education**

Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major

**Experience**

Min. 3 years of professional experience in the financial market, preferably in derivative market and/or offshore products.

**Soft & Technical Skills**
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and detail oriented.
- Proficient in communication (both Bahasa Indonesia and English), solid presentation abilities (both verbal and written), and good interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Possess extensive knowledge related to derivative market, offshore product, marketing strategies, and media communication.
- Completion of training in Project Management or Securities Product will be considered a significant plus.

**General Requirements**:

- Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
