**Opportunity**

As a full-time on-site Sales Staff located in Jakarta, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor, and thorough product knowledge will help enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers in selecting smart home products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about products, features, and benefits to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area that showcases our smart home products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on the latest product features, industry trends, and market developments to provide informed recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the technology or electronics industry.
- High school diploma; relevant educational background is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of smart home technology and a passion for innovation is a plus.
- Have a database of customers, especially in CCTV mandatory.
