The Opportunity: Site Engineers

This is an exciting growing period for TTW and our Structural Engineering team in Jakarta have a key part to play on this journey. As a Site Engineer you will bring strong structural knowledge to oversee contractor works, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, sound technical judgment, and the confidence to communicate effectively and resolve on-site issues.

In this role you will:

  • Apply a deep understanding of engineering principles to devise and deliver practical and economical solutions to problems.
  • Use knowledge and initiative to devise and implement new approaches to complex engineering problems.
  • Contribute to project planning and deliver within program and budget.
  • Liaise with TTW engineers for successful design implementation.
  • Liaise and coordinate with builders, architects, and service engineers on design issues.

Who we are looking for:

This role is ideally suited to someone with:

  • 5+ years' experience in Civil (structural) Engineering.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Strong technical ability and understanding of the engineering principals.
  • Good understanding of the Indonesian Codes and Standards.
  • Ability in using MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is an advantage.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in English in written and verbal clearly and tactfully.
  • Demonstrate time management skills
  • Problem solving and Positive attitude.
