We're seeking an **Event Coordinator** to help plan and organize company events. The role focuses on gathering quotes from vendors, contacting venues, making travel arrangements, and comparing options to ensure the best fit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and evaluate vendors and services
- Collect and compare vendor quotes
- Contact venues for information and assess options
- Make travel arrangements and changes for the attendees
- Communicate with the airlines and the hotels
- Make check-lists and reports
- Manage budgets and timelines

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination or related
- Strong organizational and research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Experience with budgeting and vendor coordination
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
