**Responsibilities**:

- Map out the event calendar and plan events accordingly
- Develop creative concepts for events
- Negotiate and discuss requirements with vendors
- Oversee the production of event materials and decorations
- Foster partnerships with event partners and stakeholders
- Monitor and execute events to ensure they run smoothly
- Keep track of event budgets and expenses

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event coordination and management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good budgeting and financial management skills
- A passion for creating successful events
