As a Channel Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing channel initiatives and continuously monitor channel performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Reporting to Sales Manager oversee all implementing the agreed sales channel strategy in specified market to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Providing channel strategy input for the sales team and helps to harmonize the market sales and marketing plans
- Contributing to achieving key targets (e.g., volume, prices, mix) for the channel in the specified market. Creating detailed business plans, implement with regular follow-up
- Contributing to sales negotiations and negotiates frame agreements. Creating offers and proposals for channel partners in line with broader sales offers
- Identifying and evaluating channel partners together with the Channel or Sales Manager. Regularly reporting progress against channel strategy, plans and budgets
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales and executes those activities that require channel/segment partner participation. Implementing the planned communication, promotion, and training activities in the channel/segment
- Supporting in driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers, and other decision makers
- Conducting analyses on channel activity and takes ownership for solving problems identified

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Engineering is preferred
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in channels, preferred in electrical environment, and water industry
- Knowledge of MS suit is preferred
- Collaborative mindset with excellent written and oral communication in English
