**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the monthly financial closing process, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and preparing financial reports.- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and financial statements.- Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting schedules in a timely and precise manner.- Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards.- Analyze the financial impact of new business cycles/products and ensure appropriate accounting treatment in financial statements.- Assess and implement accounting regulations (Indonesian GAAP and IFRS) to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.- Support financial audits, ensuring timely and satisfactory audit results while maintaining regulatory compliance.- Develop and document business processes, accounting policies, and internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Continuously analyze and improve financial processes, providing recommendations for optimization and risk mitigation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a reputable institution.- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and familiarity with IFRS.- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial closing, reporting, consolidation, and financial systems enhancement.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated in a dynamic work environment.- Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as OJK and Bappebti is a plus.- Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm is a plus.- Financial services industry experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
