Finance & Accounting Associate / Senior Associate
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the financial consolidation process for multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and business performance reviews.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide financial insights.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK) and assist in tax and regulatory reporting.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of financial controls and accounting processes.
  • Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to maintain consistency in financial reporting.
  • Assist in cash flow monitoring, working capital management, and financial risk assessments.
  • Support financial system improvements and ensure data integrity in ERP systems.
  • Assist in external audits by preparing necessary financial documentation and liaising with auditors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CA, or ACCA in progress is a plus.
  • Must have experience in the Big 4 accounting firms (PwC, EY, Deloitte, or KPMG).
  • 2-3 years of experience in audit, financial reporting, or accounting
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation and IFRS/PSAK accounting standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of handling multipl.e tasks.
