**Role**

AwanTunai is looking for a Senior Accounting Associate who will oversee and manage financial processes, prepare complex financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance to the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and execute day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.- Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring the accuracy of their work.-
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, offering insights into financial performance and assisting in strategic decision-making.-
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.-
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and enhance overall efficiency.-
- Play a pivotal role in audits, liaising with auditors and implementing audit recommendations.**Responsibilities**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Having a master degree in a relevant field is preferred.- Minimum 6 years of proven experience in progressively responsible accounting roles.-
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.-
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is advantageous.-
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.-
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey financial information to various stakeholders.-
- Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.-
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is desirable.-
- Brevet A & B and CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent qualification is preferred.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in handling financial information.
