**About the role**

Senior Tax Associate at Pinhome will be in charge of conditioning the tax compliance and monitor all taxes administratively and make sure the tax has been planned accordingly, from keeping our transactions and each entity's activity to comply with the GAAP and Updated Tax Regulations and documenting them to keep our reporting process running smoothly.

**What You Will Do**

**General**
- Working daily in PT PSM South Jakarta (Hybrid).
- You will help Pinhome Environment, to comply with the regulations regarding the Business Process, Tax Treatment, Implementations,Compliance and Planning, etc.;
- Improve Tax Audit ready stated in terms of accuracy and reliability;

**Specifically**
- Responsible for preparing monthly and annually Tax Reporting (VAT Return, WHT Unifikasi, CIT);
- Responsible for tax administrative whole Pinhome environment (i,e register PKP, NPWP, SKB);
- Responsible for journal entry, account reconciliations and assisting for the monthly closing process;
- Updating tax monitoring data;
- Maintaining tax documentations (i.e COD/DGT, SKB, Invoice, Tax Invoice, etc);
- Ensure compliance for the tax administrative (i,e Accuracy, Completeness, Timeliness, Compliance);
- Ensure the all the entities activity comply with the tax regulations;

**What You Will Need**
- Experienced at least 3 year
- Hold Brevet A & B certifications
- Understand with Transfer Pricing Process
- Update with the latest tax regulations
- Self-motivated with the ability to function independently.
- Critical thinking.
- Detailed oriented person.
- Analytical thinking with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent documentation and communication.

**About the team**

As a startup company, the Tax team will be under the Finance Accounting and Tax (FAT) Tribe. We will work with an extraordinary fast growing company. Tax teams are expected to be agile, smart working, flexible but detail oriented. Tax team will be working daily in South Jakarta (PT PSM HQ) and working closely with Pinhome Ecosystem and FAT Team. The Tax team will be day to day reviewing transactions with the AP & AR team to make sure the transactions, business process, and all the transactions are recorded properly and complied with the GAAP and Indonesian Tax regulation. Involved into the month end closing and report the financial metric (including consolidation report) into Pinhome HQ.
