**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**THE ROLE**- Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and outbound sales calls- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop leads into new business opportunities- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs, and provide recommendations to the sales and marketing teams on how to capitalize on these opportunities- Participate in trade shows, industry events and network with potential clients to promote Janio's services- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and quotas- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity and customer interactions

**THE REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field- Minimum of 2 years' experience in outbound sales and business development- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow you to quickly establish rapport with new customers- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks- Results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team- Familiar with using prospecting tools like similarweb/apollo- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions If you are an energetic and results-driven individual who is passionate about expanding your career in sales and business development, then we would love to hear from you.
