  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospect potential clients and generate leads.
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and report progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for targeted outreach.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the client company's services and industry trends.
  • Prepare reports on lead generation efforts and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in the medical industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is an advantage.
