**Job Descriptions**:

- Conduct and assist Accounting Manager for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger,, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc.
- Assist Acct. Manager to Monitor and analyze accounting data.
- Assist Acct. Manager to Monitor and analyze accounting data.
- Assist Acct. Manager to do regular financial reports or statements.
- Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. Accurate)
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team management skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- BS degree in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) is a plus
