**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Willing to be relocated to Bali if currently residing outside the area.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accounting Consultant (preferred).
- Able to work effectively under pressure, in a team, and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a multitasking and challenging environment.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and proactive skills.
- Energetic, proactive, hardworking, and highly motivated.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Provide professional accounting consultancy and solutions to clients.
- Perform regular financial data analysis and reconciliation.
- Manage internal and external audit processes when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth financial operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of more efficient accounting systems.
- Provide periodic reports and updates to supervisors or relevant management.
- Actively contribute to the planning and execution of the company’s financial strategies.
- Proficiency in Jurnal.id, Xero, Accurate, and other accounting software.
