**Job Responsibility**:

- Handle all accounting operations, and acting as the key person in supporting business unit in accounting operational needs, in the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Responsible in preparing, submission of error-free budget and account reconciliation and reporting in regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual closing-date, including ad-hoc financial data queries from Management)
- Manage, monitoring and reporting periodic financial transactions - include journal preparation, account receivable, account payable and reviews.

**Job Description**:

- Ensure the integrity of accounting information by verifying, allocating, posting, entering and summarizing all transactions report and financial status, which includes a balance sheet, profit & loss statements.
- Analyze the financial statements for any discrepancies and issues.
- Present financial report to higher management.
- Outsource and assist with external party, such as Financial Auditor, Regulatory, Legal and Tax Consultant, by providing all financial information and reports, including audited financial statements
- Conduct inter-company transactions, bank statements and generate invoices.
- Supervise and collaborate with accounting staff in overseeing accounting activities for payroll, insurance and all staff basic compliance in healthcare, bonuses also bank reconciliations.

**Qualifications**:

- S1 Accounting degree, with minimum experiences of 3-5 years in finance/accounting
- Capable to handle full set of accounts & financial reporting
- Experiences in Garment industry and/or public accounting will be prioritized.
- Ability to operate Accounting/ Finance software system (ERP Finance, Myobi or other similar) is an advantage.
- High attention to detail in quantitative analytical skill.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
- Excellent at multitask and analyzing financial information and interpret for other department.
- Excellent teamwork, time management and accuracy of book keeping.
