**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

**Employee Relations**:Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

**Performance Management**:Develop and implement performance management processes to support employee development and overall organizational success.

**Policy Development and Compliance**:Stay updated on HR laws and regulations in Australia and ensure company policies are in compliance.
Contribute to the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

**Training and Development**:Identify training needs and coordinate development opportunities for employees.
Support professional growth and skill enhancement.

**Employee Engagement**:Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Organize team-building activities and events.

**HR Administration**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
Assist in payroll administration and other HR-related tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws in Australia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: From Rp4,500,000 per month
