**Position Overview**:
As a Boutique Sales Rep at LINW, you will play a key role in creating a fun, inviting, and customer-focused environment. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of three years of retail experience, specifically in the fashion industry, to lead our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Experience: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service by maintaining high standards of product knowledge, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales and achieve targets through effective communication, merchandising, inventory management, and the implementation of sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Indonesian applicants only.
- Based in Bali.
- Minimum of three years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
