**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and respond to customer chats on WhatsApp and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok, Website, Blibli, Lazada).
- Handle chats related to orders, product details (USP), warranty, product services, and customer complaints.
- Resolve customer issues within 48 hours.
- Process warranty claims and provide after-sales service solutions.
- Send information about promotions and new products to customers.
- Respond to negative reviews and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all customer issues are addressed properly.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Specialist for platform services and product-related queries.
- Coordinate with the Wholesale Team for delivery matters.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update information in the system.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education: D3 in any field.
- **At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, must be in the retail industry.**:

- Excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy.
- Product knowledge to provide accurate information and effectively assist customers.
- Strong decision-making skills to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work well in a team and meet targets.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
- Understanding of how marketplaces and e-commerce platforms work.
- Willingness to work at the office in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta area.
